Thank you for your interest in using our Memory Lab to digitize your memories. Our new Memory Lab is extremely popular, with available dates being reserved as quickly as they are made available. We are aware that this may be frustrating to many who have been trying to reserve a spot without success. We ask for your patience. Please do not email us asking if there is any way to be placed on a waitlist, or for an exception to the normal sign-up procedure we have in place - there is not. Currently reservations for available dates will be posted 30 days in advance. We recommend checking in on a regular basis as we will also re-open spaces when there are cancellations. Thank you for your support!

Reservations:
Appointments are for 2.5 hours, although you may not need that much time for what you bring. If you bring more than what can be done in 2.5 hours, you must make another appointment to finish your work.
The Memory Lab currently supports two patrons in each time slot. The equipment is provided to each patron as outlined in the table below. Starting the week of January 15th, a third time slot will be added to some shifts to support VHS video transfers. By reviewing the information about the Memory Lab, you will determine what equipment you wish to reserve. The chart below describes the equipment that will be available for each session.
NOTE: We cannot digitize, Betamax, Video 8 cassetts, or DV cassettes without patron provided player equipment.
